Sorry for the long hiatus everyone, but since returning from Alaska (Baranof Wilderness Lodge), I’ve been recovering from a recent knee surgery. All is well now and I am back wading in the rivers! I don’t know where to start, but Alaska was truly amazing! Words can’t describe the absolute pleasure from a day to day experience. Spending 5 months in an untouched environment will change you as a person (usually for the better). It gives you the opportunity to grow and experience a live version of a National Geographic television show (no need for TV in AK). On a daily basis you will see a long list of wildlife, just to name a few; humpback whales, brown bears, plethora of salmon, dolly garden, halibut, rockfish, bottle nose dolphins, orcas, bald eagles, and much more… This post will be a series of post that I will add to each week with a story and photos.
