Fellow friends – Right now the weather is unbelievable, sunny skies and beautiful temperatures!  The water master just started to drop the flows on the Truckee and Little Truckee.  The fish WILL get more in tune with proper bugs and become more weary.  You might have to size down on that tippet now, maybe 5x – 6x for dry fly.  As I write this, I am preparing for an upcoming hosted trip to Christmas Island.  Don’t worry if you can’t make it this year, I will be organizing another trip for next year!  Once I return, I have a week to guide/relax, before I head back to Alaska for another incredible summer!  Check out the lodge I work for – www.flyfishalaska.com (Baranof Wilderness Lodge).  There have been many big fish caught this winter/spring and I want to thank each and everyone for booking a trip with me.  I hope it was great and look forward to seeing everyone again in the Fall!
