The Truckee is flowing with some power right now!  Over 1000 cubes below Boca and into the canyon.  Looks like we have another system headed our way the next few days.  This will push the flows up, we just need to see what it will do to clarity.  Right now, clarity is about 1.5 -2 ft.  The further down towards state line you venture, water clarity will start to diminish. Before the storms the fish were spread out in different types of water.  With high flows concentrate on slower flows off of the fast seams.  Remember foam is home. Streamers haven’t produced numbers, but it has in terms of quality.  Not much for dry fly action, but if things shape up, we could be in for some great spring fishing!
